About Kling VIDEO 3.0
Kling VIDEO 3.0 is Kuaishou's February 2026 release, served through the KlingAI Open Platform with no downloadable weights. It is a generation model rather than an editor: the vendor guide documents text-to-video and image-to-video only, which is why it does not appear on the video-edit tab. [1]
Its headline numbers are native 4K, fifteen-second clips and native audio. Kuaishou's own VIDEO 3.0 model guide lists the 4K tier alongside 720p and 1080p and prices it at 30 credits a second in the web app, against 6 credits a second for silent 720p — the clearest reminder on this page that a maximum resolution is a ceiling you pay for rather than a default.
